Current students can now schedule appointments through Google Calendar. You must have a Google account to do this. However, setting up an account is both simple and free. After you have set up a Google account, to schedule a tutoring session simply click on the calendar link and select a specific time for your session from the available appointment times. After setting up a session, the appointment will be saved on your calendar and on Ferguson Tutoring’s calendar.

NOTE: Saving an appointment will automatically schedule a tutoring session. Therefore, the 24-hour cancellation fee will apply to all appointments scheduled through Google Calendar:

1. To schedule an appointment 48 hours in advance or less, contact Suzanne before scheduling an appointment through Google Calendar.
2. If canceling a session is necessary, it must be done 24 hours in advance.
3. In addition to removing a session from the calendar, you MUST contact Suzanne directly to officially cancel a session.
